Marketing Fee - 2+ Years
IRA commercial leases do not have an early termination clause. Meaning they cannot be canceled. In the event that a tenant wishes vacate their unit prior to lease expiration, without defaulting. Landlord will grant the opportunity to sublease to a willing, ready, and able party. Prospects must be approved by the landlord. This fee is applicable to leases with greater than 24 months remaining, and a gross remaining value of more than $10,000.

Publicly list unit on local listing site(s).
IRA agent made available for showings.
By paying this fee you authorize Investment Realty Advisors to enter the premises for the purpose of showing the unit to prospective tenants. This amount is a non-refundable marketing fee and does not guarantee results. The amount of time it takes to find a tenant may vary.
